H2 Health is seeking a full-time Clinic Director (PT/OT/SLP) to join our team in our new pediatric outpatient clinic in Abilene, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinic operations, leading a team of skilled clinicians, and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will ensure that the clinic meets all regulatory and safety standards and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. With your leadership and expertise, you will provide our patients with the highest quality of care across multiple therapy disciplines. What You'll Need:
- Eligible or active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior leadership experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; however, new-time leaders are welcome!
