Hand Therapist/CHT- possibility to advance to owner/clinic director

New grads with a strong interest in hand therapy are welcome

We at Rue & Primavera, Occupational and Physical Therapy are expanding our two hand therapy clinics and are looking for a full time hand therapists to assist with this expansion.  We would prefer a CHT to  help expand both clinics, with the possibility of becoming the director of one or  both clinics in the near future. An OT or PT with hand therapy experience would be considered as well for patient treatment and to assist with the expansion. We would also consider a new grad with a strong interest in hand therapy, who has had at least one fieldwork rotation in a hand therapy setting.

Our clinics are on Whidbey Island in Washington State in Oak Harbor and in Langley. We are very busy clinic’s that caters to the local sailors at the Navy Base in Oak Harbor for their orthopedic care but have associations with several orthopedic clinics in the area as well and the general public in Langley. We are a family run PT OT clinic, we are very team oriented and a collaborative clinic that also has fun.  We are busy but not to the point of being overwhelming.  We are looking for someone  who likes to work hard has a great work ethic but enjoys what they do, who wants grow in their profession and assist with the growth of the clinics.

Requirements

Must be able to  obtain a Washington State Occupational Therapy licensure, we will assist with this, or currently have one.

Must be a graduate of an accredited OT or PT school.

Good interpersonal communication skills.

Maintain high quality care 

Have experience with orthopedic hand injuries and splint making
